📦 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns/exchanges within 3 days of delivery only if:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product

  • You receive the wrong item

❌ We do not accept returns/exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Size/color preferences after delivery

  • Used or damaged products caused by customer mishandling

💵 Refund Policy

  • If your order is eligible for a refund, the amount will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.

  • Refunds are issued excluding the advance payment of PKR 300, which is non-refundable.

  • In case of order cancellation before dispatch, the advance amount will not be refunded.

  2. Share your Order ID, reason for return, and product pictures.

  3. Our support team will guide you through the return process.

❗ Important Notes

  • Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.

  • Zyro reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.

  • When reaching out, kindly provide:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the issue

    • A brief description of the problem
